This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Strategic Alliance Executive based in United States. This role supports the growth and execution of a strategic technology partnership within the AWS ecosystem. You will serve as a key operational partner, helping coordinate relationships, co-selling activities, and joint go-to-market initiatives. The position combines alliance operations, partner engagement, sales enablement, marketplace management, and pipeline development. You’ll work closely with senior partnership leaders, sales teams, AWS counterparts, and strategic ecosystem partners. The role offers an opportunity to turn partnership strategy into measurable commercial outcomes and scalable processes. Success will require strong execution, analytical thinking, relationship-building, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote U.S. position with up to 20% travel for team and corporate meetings.
Support the day-to-day management and growth of strategic AWS relationships, including engagement with account management and partner sales teams. Help maintain partner relationships, map contacts into CRM systems, track market wins, and support executive-level business reviews. Prepare and coordinate quarterly business reviews, including gathering performance data, developing materials, and supporting meeting execution. Support the development and execution of joint go-to-market plans designed to generate revenue, expand demand, and strengthen market visibility. Coordinate co-selling activities through the AWS ACE Pipeline Manager, including opportunity submission, tracking, reporting, and follow-up. Support AWS Marketplace activities such as private offer creation, deal registration, listing updates, and related channel initiatives. Develop and coordinate joint campaigns, webinars, events, and other demand-generation activities with ecosystem partners. Identify opportunities to collaborate with system integrators, global system integrators, and other strategic advisors to expand market reach. Act as an internal resource for AWS co-sell programs, helping sales teams understand AWS offerings, partner programs, funding opportunities, and engagement best practices. Create enablement materials for internal teams and external AWS sellers, including newsletters, win stories, videos, training resources, and solution guidance. Support cross-functional partnership initiatives involving marketing, enablement, product development, and collaborative solutions with ecosystem partners. Track partnership KPIs, including co-sell pipeline and marketplace revenue, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Requirements 4+ years of experience in alliances, channel sales, partner operations, partner-facing business development, or a related field, with a strong focus on the AWS ecosystem. Demonstrated operational experience managing partner co-selling activities and influencing pipeline generation. Strong knowledge of AWS services, the AWS Partner Network (APN), APN Customer Engagement (ACE), and AWS Partner Programs. Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace and ACE co-sell processes is preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, execute reliably against deadlines, and turn ambiguous requirements into structured action plans. Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities, including experience tracking partnership KPIs, pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to build productive relationships with AWS counterparts while enabling internal sales teams and collaborating across organizational levels. Experience exceeding revenue-based quotas or management-by-objective targets related to partner influence is preferred. Experience accelerating, expanding, or maturing existing strategic partnerships is an advantage. A proactive, execution-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet access. Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for team and corporate meetings.
