Requirements & qualifications
Requirements vary by track. The sustainable architecture role generally requires a doctoral degree, with exceptional relevant master’s-level applicants considered. The mechanical-design tenure-track route requires a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, while the Professor of Practice route may accept a relevant master’s degree and substantial professional experience. The Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management roles require a PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related field and at least one engineering degree.
