Overview

The AUB-OSB Fifth Case Conference is accepting original case idea proposals and developed cases for its 18–19 March 2027 conference in Beirut, with submissions closing 10 November 2026.

Complete conference details

Accepted participants will join keynote sessions, professional-development workshops, panels and case-development sessions. Submissions may be in English or Arabic and can span business, technology, education, healthcare, public policy, sustainability and other fields. The best developed cases may be considered for the AUB Case Collection after peer review.

Eligibility requirements

Case writers, academics, professionals, instructors, program managers, learning designers and graduate students may participate. Submitted cases must be original works based on a real decision involving a real protagonist and organization; at least one author must attend and present an accepted submission.

Tips for this conference

Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.

  1. Confirm whether you are registering as an attendee, speaker, poster presenter, exhibitor or scholarship/travel-grant applicant because deadlines can differ.
  2. For abstracts or papers, follow the exact theme, template, word limit, author format and publication rules from the official call.
  3. If travel is required, check invitation-letter timing, visa processing, accommodation and travel-support deadlines early.
  4. Review the agenda and speakers in advance and plan the sessions and people most relevant to your goals.

Verification notes

Official AUB call verifies that submissions opened 22 July 2026 and close 10 November 2026. Early attendee registration begins after decisions on 7 December. The page states subsidized early fees of USD 140 regular / USD 60 graduate student through 1 March 2027, then USD 350 / USD 145. Application URL points to the authoritative call page because its fetched markup did not expose a stable direct submission-platform URL.
