The director sets CENR's strategy; oversees research, policy development, stakeholder engagement and capacity building; directs research on energy security, economics, governance and the energy-water-environment nexus; commissions policy briefs and reports; develops partnerships; leads fundraising and grant acquisition; and supervises researchers, programme managers and fellows. Requirements & qualifications
