About The Role

The AVV organization ensures the safety, quality, and reliability of autonomous driving systems through large-scale Validation & Verification activities, collaborating closely with development, safety, and leading automotive OEMs. We are looking for an AVV PMO to lead organizational planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination across the group. In this role, you will drive alignment between strategic objectives and execution, providing end-to-end visibility into work plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization. You will partner closely with AVV leadership, team managers, and key stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and seamless program delivery. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Head of AVV—acting as a trusted right hand to advance organizational priorities, track key management decisions, and foster synergy across teams and initiatives.

What Will Your Job Look Like?

• Serve as a strategic and operational partner to AVV leadership.

• Lead organizational planning, tracking, and execution processes.

• Manage milestones, deliverables, and organizational objectives.

• Drive visibility into progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies.

• Coordinate activities across AVV, development, and cross-functional teams.

• Support resource management, capacity planning, and prioritization.

• Track management decisions and drive execution of action items.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to support decision-making.

• Lead process improvement, governance, standardization, and knowledge management initiatives.

• Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and planning gaps.

• Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.

All You Need Is:

• B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.

• 3+ years of project coordination/project management experience in a technical or complex engineering environment.

• Proven experience in planning, tracking, reporting, and managing cross-functional activities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.

• Proactive, execution-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
