Full job description
The role supports data-center infrastructure on a 24x7 roster. Responsibilities include first response to incidents, server and network hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, media operations, capacity deployment and decommissioning, cabling work, operational documentation and general site support. Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, engineering or a related field, at least one year of experience maintaining or troubleshooting server/network hardware and operating systems, and basic knowledge of fiber and network cabling.
