ABOUT THE ROLE

Full job description

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a closing-focused sales role at a Berlin-based AI-native B2B marketing and lead generation agency serving the DACH tech market. You will own the full sales cycle, from qualified inbound lead to signed contract, and play a central part in driving the company's revenue growth. The role suits a commercially sharp, relationship-driven seller who thrives in a fast-moving, hybrid-office environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end sales conversations with C-level and technical stakeholders, applying strong negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and prepare thorough customer meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalise commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain CRM data diligently to keep pipeline information accurate and up to date.
  • Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and quota-tracking metrics for transparent performance visibility.
  • Monitor DACH market trends and contribute actively to team meetings and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through a consultative, strategic account management approach.
  • Continuously deepen product and sales knowledge to advise clients optimally on go-to-market challenges. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3 or more years of experience in strategic B2B sales, with a demonstrated track record closing and retaining customers in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to run the full sales cycle, including discovery, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
  • Experience creating sales reports, forecasting, and tracking performance against quota targets.
  • Background in high-velocity pipeline management and lead qualification, ideally from an SDR or BDR foundation.
  • Familiarity with the DACH B2B tech landscape and experience selling to German-speaking companies.
  • Exposure to AI-powered or AI-native software products is a plus.
  • Fluent German and advanced English, written and spoken, are required.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary range: 36,000 to 100,000 EUR per year, reflecting a junior-to-mid profile with a clear progression path. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION Berlin, Germany. Hybrid arrangement with three days per week on-site in the Berlin office.
