Analizar datos de posventa B2B para identificar causa raíz de problemas (NPS bajo, tasa de reembolsos, costos por orden, interacciones) Definir soluciones y coordinar implementación con equipos cross (Producto, Customer Service, Procesos) Llevar proyectos end-to-end: desde el análisis hasta la ejecución y mejora de métricas Colaborar con equipo de procesos para implementar mejoras sistémicas
Fuerte capacidad analítica, curiosidad y ownership de proyectos Experiencia en postventa, equipos comerciales grandes o televentas (deseable) Conocimiento de análisis de datos aplicado a customer experience Mindset de mejora continua y orientación a resultados Uso de herramientas IA Manejo avanzado de SQL Manejo de Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense (deseable)
