Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager – Industrial/SaaS based in the United States. The B2B Growth Marketing Manager will own full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline and measurable revenue. You will combine campaign strategy with hands-on execution, building and launching programs directly within HubSpot. The role focuses on reaching both executive buyers and plant-level manufacturing professionals through targeted, channel-agnostic campaigns. You will work across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreach while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Content, and Design. Data, attribution, experimentation, and funnel performance will guide your decisions as you continuously optimize campaigns. This is a fast-scaling SaaS environment where marketing success is measured by pipeline, conversion, and revenue rather than activity alone. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, technically capable, and comfortable owning both strategy and execution.

Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, qualified pipeline, and revenue. Translate business objectives into coordinated campaigns across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreach. Own campaign execution from strategy and planning through build, launch, measurement, and optimization. Build, test, and deploy campaign assets directly in HubSpot, including emails, landing pages, workflows, and forms. Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to establish effective segmentation, targeting, messaging, and campaign timing. Manage campaign workflows, triggers, lead-generation programs, and nurture initiatives. Ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, tagged, attributed, and aligned with revenue objectives. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales to align messaging, campaign priorities, and commercial outcomes. Partner with RevOps to maintain strong Salesforce and HubSpot alignment, campaign tracking, and lead-flow processes. Support Sales with campaign insights, follow-up strategies, and relevant enablement materials. Define and monitor KPIs including MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Optimize campaigns continuously through A/B testing of messaging, timing, channels, and other performance drivers. Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards in HubSpot and use data to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain clean campaign data and ensure compliance with applicable data-use and marketing requirements, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Contribute to a scalable campaign system that consistently connects marketing activity with measurable sales outcomes. Requirements 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management. Hands-on individual-contributor experience executing campaigns in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform . Strong understanding of pipeline generation, SaaS funnel metrics, conversion performance, and revenue attribution. Experience working with Salesforce CRM and aligning marketing and sales processes. Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced environment. Experience measuring marketing success through pipeline and revenue generation, not solely MQLs, impressions, or engagement. Strong analytical and optimization skills, with experience using testing and performance data to improve campaign results. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and execution details simultaneously. Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, campaign workflows, attribution, and marketing data quality. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized, precise, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of campaign programs. Ability to work effectively within a distributed remote team and collaborate during core working hours. Occasional travel may be required, including potential in-person meetings or interviews in Michigan. Must be an active U.S. Green Card holder or U.S. Citizen; sponsorship and OPT/EAD visa arrangements are not available. Benefits Base salary: $100,000–$121,000 USD annually. Equity/stock options as part of the compensation package. Variable pay, bonuses, and other cash compensation may also be available. Comprehensive benefits package. Retirement plan with employer match. Flexible work schedule. Unlimited paid time off. Remote-first work environment across the United States, with collaboration during core working hours. Opportunity to directly influence pipeline generation, revenue growth, and marketing performance. Work alongside a dynamic, growing, and cross-functional team. Opportunity to work at the intersection of industrial technology, manufacturing, and B2B SaaS. High degree of ownership across campaign strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization. Occasional travel opportunities, including potential in-person collaboration in Michigan.
