Fashion Trading is a global fashion stock trading and wholesale distribution company, working with over 130 brands and 450+ key accounts across 78 countries, moving 1M+ units per quarter through distribution centers in Poland and Dubai. The company is exploring a potential office presence in Dubai (Meydan) and is hiring its first dedicated B2B Sales Manager for the UAE/GCC region.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in fashion wholesale and stock trading, who can both source buying opportunities from brands/distributors/liquidation channels and develop long-term customer relationships with retailers and marketplaces across the UAE, GCC and beyond. The role covers the full sales cycle - from sourcing and negotiation through to deal closing, logistics coordination and payment collection.

Business Development

• Develop new wholesale customers across the UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Build relationships with major off-price retailers, discount chains, marketplaces and wholesale distributors.
• Identify new sales opportunities in apparel, footwear and accessories, with potential expansion into beauty and home categories.

Sales & Deal Management

• Negotiate commercial terms with buyers and manage the full sales cycle from offer to payment and delivery.
• Lead sourcing negotiations and prepare commercial offers and price lists.
• Achieve sales and margin targets while working with large-volume transactions.

Fashion Stock Trading

• Sell stock lots, excess inventory, cancelled orders and previous-season collections.
• Understand liquidation opportunities and off-price business models; match available stock with customer demand.
• Evaluate the commercial attractiveness of buying opportunities.

Key Account Management

• Manage relationships with major regional retailers and marketplaces (e.g. Noon, Namshi, Apparel Group, Brands For Less, and local GCC retail chains).
• Experience across other regions (EU, LATAM, CIS) is a plus.

Sourcing

• Build relationships with brands, distributors, liquidation companies and wholesalers.
• Identify excess inventory, negotiate purchase prices, and evaluate the commercial potential of available stock.

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in B2B fashion wholesale, closeouts, stock trading or off-price business.
• An existing, active network within the fashion wholesale industry.
• Hands-on experience buying or selling apparel, footwear and accessories, including with international brands.
• Strong negotiation skills and a sharp commercial mindset.
• Fluent, professional-level English.
• Practical understanding of RRP/MSRP, wholesale pricing, margin calculation and off-price/liquidation mechanics.

Nice-to-Have

• Direct experience with brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Guess, Levi's, Lacoste, Diesel, Hugo Boss, Under Armour, New Balance, Converse, Skechers, Mango, H&M, Bestseller Group, Alo Yoga or similar.
• Existing relationships with GCC marketplaces and off-price retailers.
• Experience working across EU, LATAM or CIS markets in addition to GCC.

Required Knowledge

• Fashion buying cycle and seasonality (SS/FW collections, carry-over, NOS).
• Wholesale pricing, discount structures and margin calculation.
• Stock lots, overproduction, cancelled orders, excess inventory and liquidation sales.
