About the Role
This is a core backend engineering role on a small, high-caliber founding team building AI-native operations infrastructure for private markets. You will own the systems that power fund accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and treasury automation, with a strong emphasis on permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability across both hosted and self-hosted deployments.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

1 to 6 years of professional backend development experience.

Production experience building backend services with TypeScript and NestJS.

Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.

Experience managing deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.

A track record of improving production reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability.

Practical experience with AI, ML, LLM, or AI-native systems in a production context.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 70,000 to 110,000 EUR per year.

Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires working from the Berlin office and is not available on a remote basis.
