We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 4 Rehab Support Worker to join our team at Barts NHS Trust. This role is based in London and involves providing essential support to patients in their rehabilitation journey. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the recovery and well-being of patients, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support.

What will your responsibilities be:

As a Band 4 Rehab Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to patients within the community and clinical settings. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, implementing rehabilitation exercises as directed by physiotherapists, and providing manual handling support. You will work independently, traveling to visit patients in their homes, ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation is essential, as is providing emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Previous experience working as a rehabilitation support worker
