Prepare coffee, tea and specialty beverages; deliver guest service; maintain coffee expertise and equipment; recommend pairings; manage stock and cleanliness; handle POS transactions and coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires previous barista experience in a specialty coffee shop, lifestyle restaurant or hotel, knowledge of espresso preparation, extraction, milk steaming and latte art, strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
