BEEAH's Future Leadership Program is an executive-development initiative delivered with Emeritus. Its completed 2025–2026 cohort ran for 10 months and combined in-person modules, self-paced executive education, coaching, site visits and a capstone project across leadership, innovation, emerging technology, finance, analytics and communication. BEEAH says the third edition is set to launch in September 2026 and that it intends to broaden participation beyond existing partner organizations to a wider network of professionals and organizations across Sharjah and the UAE.
