Intellect is recruiting remote Behavioral Health Coaches for Cabo Verde on a contract basis to provide scheduled telehealth coaching sessions through its platform.
Full job description
Coaches provide one-to-one mental-health or professional coaching, support sub-clinical concerns such as work stress and work-life balance, help clients set personal or career goals, and collaborate with Intellect's clinical team on programme improvements.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need either active International Coaching Federation certification or a master's/postgraduate diploma in counselling. ICF coaches need at least 200 coaching hours and counsellors at least 300 post-graduation clinical hours. Candidates must be proficient in English and the local language; relevant EAP, adult-counselling or managerial-coaching experience is preferred.
