The position coordinates utility and service-charge accounting, maintains property and master data, handles complex ancillary-cost settlements, supports residential property management, prepares procurement and contract documentation, checks invoices and meter readings, and supports contract controlling. Requirements & qualifications
Completed vocational training as a real-estate clerk or property/housing-industry clerk, or a comparable qualification with knowledge and experience in property administration. Knowledge of tenancy law, operating/heating-cost and living-space rules and the Federal Budget Code is expected. MS Office skills are required; SAP knowledge is desirable or must be learned. A class B driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
