Full job description

At Objective, we build software that helps governments deliver better services and stronger communities. With more than 400 people across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US, we're a leading SaaS company with a culture built on innovation, collaboration and continuous learning. We offer flexible hybrid working, genuine career development and the opportunity to make an impact every day.

We're looking for a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our Regulatory Solutions team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves bringing people together, keeping multiple projects on track and delivering polished, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

We're ideally looking for someone based in Wollongong, but we're also open to candidates in Sydney who are happy to work in a hybrid environment.

No two days are the same. You'll be the person who keeps our bid process running smoothly from start to finish by:

Coordinating tender and proposal submissions from initial opportunity through to final submission.

Working closely with Sales, Technical, Legal, Product and Services teams to bring winning proposals together.

Preparing, formatting and submitting professional tender responses and supporting documentation.

Monitoring government and private tender portals and coordinating new opportunities.

Managing timelines, tracking progress and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Organising bid review meetings and following up actions with stakeholders.

Maintaining bid documentation, reporting and proposal libraries.

Tracking bid performance and helping identify ways to improve our win rate.

Continuously improving our bid processes, templates and ways of working.

Performing sales administration support, such as reporting and ensuring currency of information.

Has around 2+ years' experience in bid coordination, sales support, proposals, administration or project coordination.

Is incredibly organised and enjoys juggling multiple priorities.

Has excellent written communication and a sharp eye for detail.

Loves collaborating with different teams and building strong relationships.

Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.

Takes ownership, shows initiative and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Experience working with government tenders or procurement processes is a bonus, but not essential.

Hybrid working that supports work-life balance.

A collaborative, supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Learning and development opportunities to help grow your career.

Meaningful work that supports governments and communities.

Modern offices in Wollongong and Sydney.

A culture built on trust, innovation and continuous improvement.

If you're organised, motivated and looking for a role where you can build your career while working with great people, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and help us deliver proposals that make a real difference.
