Full job description
The role handles inbound and outbound customer contacts, uses consultative selling to understand needs and recommend solutions, records activity in the CRM, follows sales processes and works toward individual and team performance targets.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should be fluent in English and Spanish, have at least one year of sales experience, and be able to work a full-time schedule aligned with Eastern Time business hours. Inbound call-center sales experience and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.
