We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be part of our growing team. We are an internationally renowned software company that sells world-class accounting and analytics software to professionals around the globe. CaseWare solutions are used by over 500,000 professionals, across 170 countries, and in 16 languages. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can work with our clients and our Success and Sales Teams on our vision to change the future of audit, financial reporting, and data analytics in the North American market. ❗The role is fully remote
