This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Canada. This is a full-cycle talent acquisition role supporting a diverse range of corporate, operational, technical, analytical, leadership, and specialized positions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build targeted recruitment strategies. The role combines proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coaching, and offer management from start to finish. You’ll help strengthen talent pipelines through digital sourcing, employee referrals, social media, networking, and recruitment events. A strong focus is placed on delivering a fair, inclusive, consistent, and engaging candidate experience. You’ll work alongside HR professionals in a collaborative People & Culture environment while contributing to recruitment innovation and process improvements. The position is particularly well suited to an experienced recruiter who is organized, consultative, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
