Our Digital Transformation team scales this expertise through both NPX-developed and industry-leading products, delivering solutions to clients across Canada, the U.S., and globally. 🧠 THE ROLE As a BIM Digital Strategy Consultant, you’ll lead strategic digital transformation initiatives that modernize nuclear power plant operations, engineering, and project delivery. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to define and implement digital engineering roadmaps guided by Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles, industry standards, and best practices. By shaping how digital tools and data are adopted, governed, and leveraged across complex organizations, you’ll help clients maximize the value of their information assets and drive groundbreaking solutions that set the standard for the industry’s digital future. Location: Hybrid (Travel to client site as required by project needs). Salary Range: $120-150k (Exact compensation may vary). 🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DRIVE

• Data and information value realization by helping clients structure, govern, and leverage engineering data to improve lifecycle decision-making and long-term asset performance.
• Industry-first solutions that push beyond compliance to set new benchmarks for how digital engineering is applied in highly regulated nuclear environments.
