This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Binance Accelerator Program - AI Agent Observability Engineer based in India. This 3–6 month accelerator opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates eager to build practical experience in software engineering and AI. You will contribute to production-facing backend and full-stack systems while working alongside experienced engineers. The role combines software development with the deployment, evaluation, and observability of AI and LLM-powered capabilities. You will gain hands-on exposure to areas such as RAG pipelines, agent tooling, automated evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization. Your work will help improve the reliability, quality, and measurable performance of AI-enabled products and platforms. The environment is fast-paced, global, collaborative, and highly autonomous, offering meaningful technical challenges from day one. It is an opportunity to develop strong engineering fundamentals while building specialized expertise in AI agents and modern observability practices.
