About The Role

About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Details
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of Binance DEX, including on-chain trading and liquidity monitoring.
- Research and analyze prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket) and on-chain trading trends.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.
- Track trading metrics, user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support product launches.
Requirements
- Have hands-on prediction market / on-chain trading experience.
- Familiar with AI applications to boost productivity.
- Able to pick up new Web3 and DeFi concepts quickly.
- Basic analytics skills (spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Available 5 days/week for 3–6 months longer durance is a plus.
