The programme runs 28–30 September 2026 at the Uzbek National Institute of Metrology (UzNIM). Tutorial lectures and hands-on practical sessions are delivered with English–Russian interpretation. Capacity is limited to 20 participants, with priority to applicants from the COOMET region.
Eligibility requirements
Engineers, scientists and technical staff working in time laboratories who are new to, or actively involved in, UTC operations, timekeeping or national time-scale maintenance may apply. Professionals from the COOMET region receive priority, but the official call also invites relevant applicants beyond the region.
