The program runs for eight weeks across June–August 2027. Interns work with Global Product Solutions and Client Business teams, attend senior-leader discussions, connect with mentors and participate in program events. BlackRock says applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Eligibility requirements
Candidates should be in the penultimate year of an undergraduate or master's program and graduating in 2028. The official Abu Dhabi deadline is 31 January 2027.
