Location: Scottsdale, AZ Team Overview The Blackstone Alumni Coordinator will help cultivate a thriving, mission-aligned network of top-tier Christian attorneys. Along with the Blackstone Alumni Team and the Director of Blackstone Alumni, you will help run a robust, worldwide alumni network with intentionality. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support, manage sensitive communications, and help execute strategic initiatives that grow and strengthen the alumni community. Key Responsibilities Grow the alumni network through data entry, reporting, and communications that engage a national network of top-tier Christian attorneys — including outreach as Fellows are commissioned as ADF Allied Attorneys. Celebrate milestones by sending timely, thoughtful birthday, wedding, and life milestone acknowledgments to Fellows, tracking details in the internal database. Advance strategic connections by facilitating relationships between Fellows, Interns, and affinity groups by law firm, region, or interest area. Operate with discretion and integrity, handling confidential information with care and professionalism to support the high-trust internal rhythm of the Blackstone Alumni Team. Anchor team operations by managing calendars and meeting logistics, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and supporting the Director of Alumni with special projects as needed. Keep the team running by serving as its operational backbone — document prep, mailings, shipping, file organization, presentation materials, purchase orders, and reporting. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Pay & Benefits At Alliance Defending Freedom, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to support your well-being and growth.
