Salary: Up to $120,000 USD / year (Commensurate with experience and capability)
Company Overview & Vision
Founded in Singapore in April 2026, CITA Lab is a dynamic software development startup dedicated to building high-quality, custom blockchain-related products tailored specifically to our customers' requirements.
Our diverse product lineup includes centralized/decentralized cryptocurrency exchange solutions, secure crypto wallets, smart contracts, dApps, and more. We turn complex blockchain capabilities into seamless, secure, and intuitive user experiences for clients worldwide.
Role Summary
We are looking for a brilliant Blockchain Engineer to spearhead the core development of our decentralized offerings. In this role, you will architect and write secure smart contracts, integrate blockchain protocols into our client solutions, and ensure the flawless execution of Web3 business logic across Frontend, Backend, or Mobile applications.
What You’ll Do
- Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade, highly secure smart contracts (using Solidity or Rust) for custom client needs.
- Protocol & dApp Integration: Build robust backend APIs and integrate Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js, or Anchor) to connect frontend/mobile interfaces with blockchain protocols.
- Security Auditing & Testing: Write extensive unit tests, conduct internal security reviews, and optimize smart contracts to minimize gas fees and mitigate vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, front-running).
- Tokenomics & DeFi Mechanics: Implement diverse token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, SPL) and custom logic for staking, DEXs, and automated market makers (AMMs).
-
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Web3/Blockchain development with a solid portfolio of deployed contracts on Mainnet or Testnet.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of Solidity (EVM) and/or Rust (Solana/Cosmos), along with modern development frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, or Anchor).
- Deep Web3 Knowledge: Thorough understanding of cryptography (public/private keys, hashing, zero-knowledge proofs), consensus mechanisms, and DeFi architectures.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to research and adopt emerging blockchain protocols to meet the unique requirements of our global client base.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with prior experience at top-tier Web3, Crypto, or Fintech institutions are highly preferred, including but not limited to:
Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Bybit, HTX, Bitget, Gate.io, Gemini, Upbit, Crypto.com, Alchemy, Anchorage Digital, AvaLabs, Chainlink, Circle, Fireblocks, Ledger, Phantom, Safe, LayerZero, Wormhole, Wintermute, Galaxy Digital, BlackRock, Fidelity Digital Assets, Revolut, Robinhood, Block, Polygon, Solana, etc.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Up to $120,000 USD/year, performance-aligned.
- Maximum Flexibility: 100% Remote position with Full-time or Part-time arrangements.
- Global Exposure: Work alongside top-tier talent on cutting-edge Web3 innovations worldwide.
