Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
Certification:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
Experience:
- Prior experience working in a clinical setting with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
Skills:
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Work Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time, flexible schedule based on client needs
Work Setting:
- In-person, with potential for remote work
