Full job description
Responsible for the efficient and successful handling of all ticket sales and distributions for events.
Job Functions
- Operate ticketing system for POS show and event tickets.
- Process payments for tickets according to established standards and procedures and maintain an accurate bank.
- Sell tickets and make reservations over the phone.
- Process daily shift sales reports and bank reconciliations.
Qualifications and requirements
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Basic computer skills and a basic understanding of sales accounting functions needed
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time during a shift.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
