Brand Awareness Cold Outreach Telecaller

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Awareness Cold Outreach Telecaller based in Ireland. This is a remote opportunity for a confident and persuasive communicator focused on building awareness and engagement through proactive outreach. You will connect with prospective customers by phone and introduce them to free educational events, competitions, and community learning experiences. The role combines cold calling, relationship building, customer engagement, and follow-up to encourage participation in upcoming activities. You will promote a diverse range of experiences, including baking and cooking sessions, Spell Bee competitions, Chess and Math tournaments, and Yoga events. Success will depend on your ability to communicate clearly, handle objections positively, and create genuine interest through engaging conversations. You will also capture prospect feedback and work with the marketing team to improve messaging and outreach strategies. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, is passionate about education and learning, and can work independently in a flexible remote environment.
