Broker Relations Manager

General Overview:

We are hiring for our client, an innovative and rapidly growing organization within the insurance technology sector, seeking an experienced Broker Relations Manager to join their team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven insurance professional with a strong understanding of the UAE broker market to build and strengthen broker partnerships, drive platform adoption, and contribute to business growth.

The successful candidate will leverage their insurance market knowledge and relationship-building skills to enhance broker engagement, identify growth opportunities, and support the continued development of digital solutions transforming the insurance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, placement teams, and key market stakeholders across the UAE.
• Drive broker engagement, platform adoption, and account growth by identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
• Support broker onboarding, user adoption, and change management initiatives to ensure a seamless experience.
• Monitor account performance, user engagement, and broker satisfaction, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, implementation, and internal teams to align broker requirements with business objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and broker insights to support product enhancements and commercial strategies.
• Represent the organization at industry meetings, networking events, and market engagements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Broker Relations, Business Relationship Management, Distribution, Channel Management, or Business Development within the UAE insurance industry.
• Strong network across the UAE insurance broker market, including brokers, placement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Good understanding of broker operations, insurer-broker workflows, placement processes, renewals, endorsements, and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships, manage accounts, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to insurance technology, digital transformation, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or broker portals is highly advantageous.
• CII, ACII, or relevant insurance qualifications would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, relationship-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
