Set up Program Routing Rules for Local Asia Discretionary and keep all routing rules accurate and current. Enablement & Case-Requestor Community Build strong partnerships across Finance, Sales, CSU, GTM, Compliance, Procurement, and Business Operations to drive investment effectiveness, operational excellence, and business outcomes. Analyze business and operational performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions across investment health, SLA attainment, compliance, utilization, and seller experience. Drive operational excellence at scale across a complex, multi-country region Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Asia-wide operating processes, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, service quality, and stakeholder experience across diverse markets.
