IRC is recruiting a full-time Budget and Reporting Coordinator in N'Djamena to support budget planning, financial monitoring, donor reporting, partnership finance and finance-team management for the Chad country program.
Full job description
The coordinator supports proposal and grant budgets, operating-budget planning, forecasts, budget-versus-actual analysis, donor financial reports, partnership financial oversight, internal controls and finance-process improvement. The position includes frequent field travel in Chad.
Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, commerce or business studies; at least three years in a finance department of an international NGO; computerized accounting experience, with D365 preferred; English and French fluency; and knowledge of Chad labour laws and practices. Qualified Chadian nationals inside or outside Chad are strongly encouraged to apply.
