The role combines core field-program execution, project and portfolio management, team development, operational analysis, budgeting, and continuous improvement. One Acre Fund states health insurance, housing and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have strong project and operations management capability, people-management and coaching skills, data analysis, stakeholder communication, process improvement, budgeting and Excel/Google Sheets skills. English is required; French is strongly recommended and Kirundi is preferred. The role is open to citizens or permanent residents of the countries listed by One Acre Fund, including Burundi.
