The position sets People Division strategy, manages HR and corporate operations teams, leads talent and change initiatives, supports legal compliance, and uses HR data to improve staff experience and organizational performance. Requirements & qualifications
A university degree or master's in law, human resources management or a related field is required, together with at least five years of HR or large/complex management experience. Candidates should demonstrate people management, data-informed decision-making, communication and project-management skills. English and French are required; Kirundi is an added value. One Acre Fund says it can support a work permit for this role, while preferring nationals of or candidates with extensive work history in its countries of operation.
