Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.

Perform basic data entry into spreadsheets and internal trackers to keep records updated.

Help prepare simple documents and forms for various department requirements.

Support the team by running local errands and facilitating the delivery or collection of documents.

Provide general assistance during meetings, including room setup and basic note-taking.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field)

Proficient in Google Workspace, with an emphasis on Google Sheets and Google Docs for data entry and document creation

Ability to follow verbal and written directions precisely, delivering accurate work under minimal supervision

Strong understanding of workplace norms, professional etiquette, and effective office communication
