This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in India. This role sits at the intersection of international business, technology, logistics, and regulatory compliance. You will review cross-border deals and determine whether products, customers, destinations, and shipping arrangements meet applicable requirements. The position combines regulatory research, contract interpretation, restricted-party screening, and export classification analysis. You will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Vendor Operations, international partners, and legal or trade compliance teams. Your assessments will serve as an important compliance checkpoint, helping the business move quickly while managing regulatory and commercial risk. The role is highly detail-oriented and suited to someone who can make sound, well-documented decisions under time pressure. It also offers the opportunity to improve processes, build internal expertise, and support the expansion of international business capabilities.
