Full job description

SEB is a leading financial services group, and at the same time, one of the largest IT employers in the Nordics & Baltics. Banking is changing rapidly, and we are proud of our reputation for being entrepreneurial and innovative in the face of change. Our brilliant techies work hard to future-proof SEB’s digital architecture and customer products because it genuinely makes a huge impact on our customers and colleagues. Does that sound like a fit for you? About the team We are a Mobile Business Application team within the bank, focused on delivering business features that directly support customer and business needs. Our team designs, develops, and enhances mobile banking applications used daily by thousands of customers and we have ambition to keep expectations as of #1 Business Banking app in Baltics. We work in close collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, designers, and backend teams to turn business requirements into secure, reliable, and user‑friendly mobile features. Our work is strongly feature‑driven and delivery‑focused: we continuously release improvements, new capabilities, and optimizations while meeting the high quality, security, and regulatory standards required in a banking environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of mobile app features for business customers in an Agile Scrum framework.

  • Act as the business owner of feature initiatives, translating business goals, regulatory needs, and customer requirements into well‑defined backlog items.

  • Take responsibility for initiative‑level coordination and project management.

  • Serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, supporting Product Owners with context and priority clarity.

  • Drive continuous backlog discovery and refinement, including requirement validation, user‑journey shaping, and value‑driven, customer‑centric solution design.

  • Proactively manage delivery risks, impediments, and change, facilitating timely decisions and trade‑offs.

  • Ensure delivered increments provide measurable business value and meet security, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Support release planning and go‑to‑market activities, including readiness alignment and KPI tracking.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Team Lead, and leadership to improve Agile ways of working and prioritization.

You’ll be the right fit if you have:

  • Experience delivering mobile or digital product features in an Agile Scrum environment, with a clear understanding of backlog refinement, delivery, and release cycles.

  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into clear scope, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlog items.

  • A project‑ownership mindset: comfortable coordinating initiatives end‑to‑end, managing dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining delivery focus as priorities evolve.

  • Confidence in stakeholder collaboration and communication, able to drive alignment, facilitate decisions, and clearly convey progress and trade‑offs.

  • An analytical, structured approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to break down complex needs and support decisions with data and customer insight.

  • Experience working in regulated or risk‑aware environments, naturally considering compliance, security, and quality in feature delivery.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, proactive in addressing ambiguity, removing blockers, and ensuring outcomes are achieved.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex topics simply to both business and technical audiences.

What we offer:

  • High impact role in a motivated, professional, and supportive cross border team

  • Dynamic environment with a friendly and welcoming culture

  • Extensive training and learning opportunities

  • International opportunities and working environment

  • Attractive compensation, health insurance, and other employee benefits

  • Agile ways of working

  • Work-life balance with flexible remote work options

Do you want to be a part of SEB? Welcome to join our inspiring culture and dedicated team distributed across the Baltic states and beyond. We are looking forward to your application by September 06, 2026.
