DIVERSITY & INCLUSION We believe that diversity of people and perspective gives us a competitive advantage.     Role: Senior Business Analyst  Location: Pune  Business Analyst – Payments Domain Experience • 6–10 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ Years of relevant hands-on experience in the Payments domain. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in payments implementation and transformation programs. • Candidates must have direct Payments domain experience. Profiles with only adjacent banking or financial services experience, without hands-on Payments expertise, will not be considered. Mandatory Skills

1. Payments Domain Expertise • Strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Payments Domain with a deep understanding of end-to-end payment processing, payment lifecycle, and payment operations. • Broad Payments domain experience beyond MT-to-MX migration projects, with exposure to Payment Hub modernization, clearing integration, and payment processing initiatives.
2. Payment Hub & System Integration • Hands-on experience with Payment Hub/Payment Orchestration platforms, including integration with upstream and downstream banking/payment systems. • Strong understanding of payment system integrations, API/service-based architectures, message routing/orchestration, and collaboration with business, operations, product, and technology teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
3. Payment Messaging Standards • Strong knowledge of payment messaging standards, including ISO 20022 (MX) and SWIFT MT message formats, with experience in message mapping, validation, and transformation.
4. Clearing & Payment Rails • Proven experience working with clearing schemes and payment rails such as RTGS, ACH, NACH, UPI, NEFT, FPS, SEPA, or equivalent regional clearing systems.
5. Business Analysis & Delivery • Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and stakeholder management for payments implementation and transformation programs. • Experience in defining functional requirements, business rules, message flows, exception handling, reconciliation processes, and integration specifications for payment systems. Preferred Skills • Experience with payment hub products such as Finastra, FIS, Volante, Temenos, Fiserv, ACI, or similar payment processing platforms
