BlackStone eIT is seeking a specialized Business Analyst (Tax) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and optimizing tax-related business processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze tax business processes and identify areas for improvements and efficiencies.
- Gather and document detailed tax-related business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with tax experts, financial teams, and IT departments to ensure accurate translation of tax requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and advise on implications for system requirements and processes.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of tax software solutions and process changes.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for tax-related system functionalities.
- Provide training and support materials to end-users on tax processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tax or financial domains.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tax software systems and ERP platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
