Role Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to assess current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design and implementation of practical solutions.
What You’ll Do

Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with clients.

Analyze current processes, operational data, pain points, and root causes.

Perform process gap analysis and identify operational improvement opportunities.
-
Design future-state processes and support process re-engineering initiatives.
-
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, or process specifications.
-
Collaborate with business and technology teams to support solution design and implementation.
-
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
-
Support project delivery, requirement changes, testing, and implementation activities.

Prepare clear analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
-
University degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, technology, or a related discipline.
-
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, transformation, or a similar role.
-
Strong experience in the asset management industry, preferably across mutual, provident, or private funds.
-
Good understanding of fund operations, including fund accounting, NAV, investor services, and reporting.
-
Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause and data-driven analysis.

Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and process re-engineering.

Experience gathering and managing business and functional requirements.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Ability to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
