Key Responsibilities

Support TPRM Governance activities across policy, standards, metrics, and governance initiatives.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Technology, Product, and Governance functions to understand business requirements and regulatory expectations.
-
Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for delivery teams.

Review, design, and enhance governance processes, standards, and operating procedures.
-
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and drive alignment.

Create and maintain key business analysis artefacts, including:

Problem statements and scope documents
-
Stakeholder maps
-
Workshop outputs and action trackers
-
Business and functional requirements
-
User stories and acceptance criteria
-
Requirements catalogues
-
Process documentation and governance materials
-
Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes and governance models.

Support the development of governance metrics, reporting frameworks, and control mechanisms.

Identify process inefficiencies, governance gaps, and operational risks, and recommend practical improvement solutions.
-
Partner with delivery teams to ensure requirements are traceable, prioritized, and aligned with programme objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
-
Strong Business Analysis experience within governance, risk, regulatory, or transformation programmes.
-
Solid understanding of Risk Governance frameworks and controls.
-
Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation and delivery artefacts.
-
Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements-gathering sessions.

Hands-on experience producing:

As-Is and To-Be process maps
-
User stories and acceptance criteria
-
Requirements catalogues
-
Stakeholder analysis documentation
-
Governance and process documentation
-
Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and risk teams in complex environments.
Highly Advantageous
-
Experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
-
Knowledge of Operational Risk, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
-
Experience supporting financial services regulatory programmes.
-
Familiarity with policy and standards framework development.
-
Experience defining and supporting metrics, KPIs, and KRIs.
-
Experience working within large banking or regulated financial services organizations.
