Full job description
The role covers KPI monitoring, root-cause analysis, dashboards, operational-improvement initiatives, strategic retail-partner launches, picker and inventory coordination, field operations and cross-functional performance management.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant business, engineering, operations, economics or analytics discipline and have 4–5 years of relevant business-performance, analytics or operations experience. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and strong English and Bangla communication are required; SQL or BI-tool experience is preferred.
