Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding.

Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

Understand each client's business needs and recommend solutions that create measurable value.

Conduct product presentations and guide clients through our platform and services.

Build trusted relationships with clients and ensure a smooth onboarding experience during their first 90 days before transitioning them to the Account Management team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates while following internal sales processes.

Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities to grow the business.

1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred; startup or logistics industry background is a plus. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

A proactive, self-driven individual with a hunter mentality and a desire to win.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities through data and insights.

Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to exceed targets.

Comfortable using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.

Familiarity with web and mobile technologies is an advantage.
