Our partner is looking for a Business Development Feasibility Coordinator (PST/EST/CST Timezone) based in India. Join a fully remote clinical research environment supporting the operational delivery of clinical trials for U.S.-based research sites. You’ll coordinate essential study activities, facilitate remote patient visits, and help keep clinical operations organized and compliant. The role combines clinical research coordination, patient recruitment support, regulatory documentation, and communication with key stakeholders. You’ll work closely with sponsors, CROs, site teams, and patients while managing multiple priorities across U.S. time zones. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with clinical research systems will be essential to maintaining accurate, timely study documentation. The position offers exposure to diverse protocols, innovative research environments, and meaningful healthcare initiatives. It is well suited to an experienced clinical research professional who is comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative setting.

Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial operations remotely, ensuring activities follow study protocols, GCP principles, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. Coordinate and facilitate remote patient visits, including scheduling, documentation, communication, and follow-up activities. Support patient recruitment by reviewing inclusion and exclusion criteria and helping qualify prospective participants by phone. Maintain accurate and timely data in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) platforms, including query management and resolution. Manage clinical and regulatory documentation, including support for remote Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and updates. Prepare for and participate in remote sponsor and CRO monitoring visits, audits, and inspections. Serve as a virtual point of coordination between sponsors, CROs, patients, and internal clinical research teams. Support study startup and closeout activities, including the remote collection, review, and verification of essential documents. Monitor study visit schedules and ensure subject records and documentation remain complete, accurate, and up to date. Coordinate multiple priorities and maintain consistent communication across teams working in different U.S. time zones. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination or clinical operations. Strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and applicable FDA regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with CTMS platforms; CRIO or Clinical Conductor experience is strongly preferred. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working independently in a fully remote environment and coordinating activities across multiple time zones. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing clinical documentation and study data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Ability to communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, site teams, and research participants. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a related discipline is preferred. Clinical research certification such as ACRP or SoCRA is a plus. Previous experience supporting multi-site clinical trials remotely is advantageous. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
