About the Role The Business Development Manager for AI Agents is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on driving sales growth through direct engagement with US business owners. As a quota-carrying closing professional, you will leverage your full-cycle sales expertise to discover opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate agreements, and ultimately close deals. This is not a partnership or lead-generation position; rather, it’s designed for experienced salespeople who thrive in high-stakes environments. We are seeking an individual who excels in telephone sales, demonstrating strong discovery skills and excellent control of conversations. You should be commercially sharp, confident in handling objections, and comfortable asking for the sale directly. Your follow-up will be relentless, ensuring that you capitalize on every opportunity to close deals ranging from $300 to $650+ MRR with fast cycles.
Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client needs and identify opportunities. Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to address client pain points. Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales confidently, asking directly for the commitment from clients. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Foster relationships with US business owners to expand market presence. Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback. Continuously refine sales techniques and strategies to improve performance. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Proven experience in full-cycle sales, particularly in a closing role. Strong telephone sales skills with a track record of exceeding quotas. Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written. Ability to confidently handle objections and negotiate effectively. Experience selling to US business owners, with knowledge of their needs and challenges. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a relentless drive to succeed. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships. Ability to work US business hours consistently.
Experience with AI or technology sales. Familiarity with fast-paced sales environments. Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize sales strategies. Networking capabilities to establish connections within the industry.
