Business Development Manager (BDM)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in United States. This is a broad commercial leadership role focused on driving revenue growth across a comprehensive portfolio of video game development and production services in North America. You will be responsible for both winning new clients and expanding strategic relationships with existing game developers, publishers, and interactive entertainment companies. The role requires a consultative approach, combining market knowledge, client discovery, solution development, and relationship management across multiple service lines. You will represent capabilities spanning game development and co-development, art, audio, Quality Assurance (QA), localization, Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), and player support. You will partner closely with delivery, service-line, and commercial teams to develop integrated solutions, proposals, pricing, and scopes of work tailored to client needs. As a key commercial contact for assigned accounts, you will build a qualified pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and turn market intelligence into actionable growth opportunities.
