Collaborate with marketing, education, activation, and finance stakeholders to align regional strategies and maximize business impact. Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent the business, build professional relationships, identify prospects, and uncover new opportunities. Establish credibility within the professional beauty community by sharing relevant market insights, trends, product knowledge, and industry perspectives. Requirements 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a comparable commercial role within the beauty or consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of the professional salon landscape and genuine interest in innovation within the beauty industry. Proven ability to develop new business, cultivate customer relationships, and deliver measurable sales results. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
