Business Development Manager CEE - Public Sector

Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager CEE – Public Sector based in Netherlands. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive new business growth across Central and Eastern Europe within the public sector. You’ll introduce innovative digital identity and verifiable credentials solutions to government organizations, agencies, and other public institutions. The role combines strategic market expansion with hands-on sales, tender management, partner development, and client acquisition. You’ll take ownership of opportunities from identifying prospects through developing winning proposals and securing new contracts. Working closely with internal specialists and external partners, you’ll help shape solutions that address complex public-sector requirements. You’ll operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where autonomy, accountability, and commercial impact are highly valued.
