Spanish native and fluent English; knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus. Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the fire safety or security systems industry. Ability to perform market analysis and contribute to the development of business plans. Knowledge of the Spanish fire markets is required. A basic understanding of other Ajax product lines, including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel within the Iberia region as needed.

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and challenges in the fire safety sector. Develop actionable insights to inform market entry and growth strategies. Business Planning: Support the future growth of Ajax fire systems by contributing to the creation of long-term business strategies and tactical plans to increase market share in the residential and commercial sectors. Regional Expertise: While knowledge of Spanish fire safety markets is an advantage, it is not a requirement. However, understanding and adapting to Iberian market dynamics is essential. Product Knowledge: Gain a solid understanding of the broader Ajax product portfolio, including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems, to effectively support cross-product sales and integration. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment on objectives and to deliver exceptional service to customers. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, installers, and end-users, to foster partnerships and drive sales growth. Reporting: Regularly report on market conditions, sales performance, and future opportunities to the Iberia Country Manager and other senior leadership.
